Maybe he is trying to engage you in a staring contest. Which, if he is, I say that you see if you can beat him.
i guess he does seem a little creepy in a peeping tom kind of way
My cat does the same thing and then when I let her in she wants me to pet her. Can you imagine that? "Go to Nancy's house, Ellie!!!"
maybe he wouldn't stare if you liked him...maybe he is wondering what he has to do to win your love...maybe you should poke his eyes out.
